1. 交付方式 / Delivery
付款成功后,题量会自动增加到你的账号,并显示在购买记录中。
Practice credits are delivered automatically to your account after a successful Stripe payment. You can view credits and purchase records in the purchase history page.
2. 可申请退款的情况 / Eligible Refunds
如果题量未到账、重复扣费,或误购且尚未使用题量,可以尽快联系我们处理。
If credits were not delivered, if there was a duplicate charge, or if you purchased by mistake and have not used the credits, contact us as soon as possible.
3. 已使用题量 / Used Credits
已经使用的题量通常不支持退款,因为数字服务已经交付并被消耗。特殊情况可以单独联系审核。
Used credits are generally not refundable because the digital service has already been delivered and consumed. We may review exceptional cases individually.
4. 处理时间 / Processing Time
通过审核的退款会通过 Stripe 处理。银行或发卡机构可能需要额外时间把退款显示到你的账户中。
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
